Contact Raze

Quick answer: Contact Raze by email at for app support, feedback, privacy requests or press. Include your device and iOS version for support issues. We can't give medical advice; if you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988, or contact local emergency services.
Contact Raze: support
Email for help with the app. A good support email includes:
| Include | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| iPhone model and iOS version | Raze needs iOS 18 or later, and bugs often depend on the version |
| Raze version (in the App Store or app settings) | Tells us if an update has already fixed it |
| What you tapped and what happened | Lets us reproduce the problem |
| A screenshot, if nothing private is visible | Shows layout or display problems |
Please don't send screenshots that show your logs or notes unless you're comfortable sharing them.
Purchases and refunds
The $14.99 Lifetime Activation is sold through Apple, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the purchase doesn't unlock after buying, try Restore Purchases in the app before contacting us.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold, or to request deletion, email with "Privacy request" in the subject. Our privacy policy explains what Raze handles. Deleting the app removes data stored only on your phone.
Feedback and corrections
Spotted a mistake in a guide, or think a comparison is out of date? Tell us the page address and what's wrong. We review corrections and note significant changes on the page, as described in our editorial policy. Feature suggestions are welcome too, though we can't promise to build them.
Press
Journalists can find a fact sheet, logos and screenshots in the press kit. For interviews, email .
What we can't help with
We aren't clinicians, so we can't give medical or psychological advice by email. If you need support:
- Talk to a doctor or licensed therapist. Our guide to porn addiction therapy explains how to find one.
- In the US, the SAMHSA National Helpline gives free, confidential referrals 24/7 (SAMHSA).
- If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US (988 Lifeline) or contact local emergency services.
Reporting a bug well
Before you email, try the quick fixes: close and reopen Raze, check for an App Store update, and restart your iPhone. If the problem persists, tell us whether it happens every time or only sometimes, and whether it started after an update. Problems with the streak count, such as the wrong number of days after a time-zone change, are especially useful to hear about .
Reporting a user in community challenges
If someone in a community challenge is harassing others, posting explicit material or sharing personal details, report them in the app if a report option exists , or email us with their display name, the challenge, and when it happened. Don't reply to them or share your own details.
Accessibility feedback
If something in Raze is hard to use with VoiceOver, larger text sizes or other accessibility settings, let us know which screen and setting. We'd rather fix it than have you struggle.
Business enquiries
Partnerships, app reviews or advertising requests: email . We don't accept payment for placement in our comparison pages.
Before you write
Many questions are answered elsewhere on the site: pricing for what the purchase costs, download for device requirements, and the privacy policy for data questions. If your question isn't covered, email us; we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
Reporting a bug
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Raze version (in the App Store listing or Settings), what you did, and what happened. Screenshots help, but remove anything personal first.
Response times
We aim to reply within . Answers to many common questions are already on the Raze FAQ.
