Quick answer: A NoFap streak calculator counts the days since your last relapse and shows the next milestone. Enter the date and time you started, and it returns your streak in days, weeks and hours, plus the date you'll hit 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. It runs in your browser and stores nothing.

How to use the NoFap streak calculator

  1. Enter the date (and optionally the time) of your last relapse, or the day you decided to start.
  2. Pick your goal: 7, 30, 90 days or a custom number.
  3. Read your current streak in days, weeks and hours.
  4. See the next milestone and the calendar date you'll reach it.
  5. Copy the result or add the milestone date to your calendar.
  6. Log the same start date in Raze so your counter keeps running on your phone.

How the streak calculator works

streak_days  = floor((now - start) / 24h)
streak_weeks = floor(streak_days / 7)
next_goal    = smallest milestone > streak_days
goal_date    = start + next_goal days
progress_%   = streak_days / goal * 100

A streak counts complete 24-hour days. If you started at 10 pm on Monday, day 1 completes at 10 pm on Tuesday. That's why the calculator asks for an optional time: without it, the count starts at midnight.

Worked example

Sam's last relapse was on 1 October 2026 at 11 pm. On 24 October at noon his streak is 22 days (3 weeks and 1 day). His next milestone is 30 days, which he reaches on 31 October at 11 pm. His 90-day goal falls on 30 December 2026. Progress toward 90 days: 24%.

Why milestones help

Long goals are motivating but distant. Short milestones make progress visible. Habit research suggests new behaviours take weeks to months to feel automatic, and the time varies widely between people (Lally et al., 2010). That's why a 90-day target is common in the NoFap community, but the first week matters more than any single number. See the 90-day NoFap challenge for a week-by-week plan.

What to count (and what not to)

Decide your rules before you start and write them down. Most people reset the counter after a deliberate relapse, not after a wet dream, which is normal physiology (wet dreams and NoFap). If you're doing a porn-only reboot, count days without porn. Whatever you choose, keep it consistent so your numbers mean something. Our NoFap rules guide explains the common modes.

FAQ

How do I calculate my NoFap streak?

Subtract the date and time of your last relapse from now and count complete 24-hour days. The calculator does this for you and shows weeks and hours too.

Does a wet dream reset my streak?

Most people don't reset for wet dreams because they're involuntary and normal. Decide your rule before you start and stick to it.

What is a good NoFap streak goal?

Start with 7 days, then 30, then 90. Short milestones are easier to reach and build confidence for the next one.

Is my data saved?

No. The calculator runs in your browser and nothing is stored or sent. To keep a running counter, use the Raze app.

What should I do if I relapse?

Note what triggered it, adjust one thing in your plan, and restart the counter. A relapse is information, not failure.
