Quick answer: A NoFap milestone calendar turns your start date into a list of target dates: 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days. Enter the day you started and you get each milestone date, a printable month grid to tick off, and a calendar file you can import into your phone.
How to use the NoFap milestone calendar
- Enter your start date.
- Choose which milestones to include (default: 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365).
- Review the list of dates.
- Download the printable grid (A4 or Letter) or the .ics calendar file.
- Put the grid somewhere private but visible, like inside a wardrobe door.
- If you relapse, enter the new start date and regenerate.
How the dates are calculated
for m in milestones:
date[m] = start_date + m days
grid = months from start_date to date[max(milestones)]
Day 1 is the first full day after your start. If you started on 1 November, day 7 is 8 November and day 90 is 30 January.
Worked example
Start date 1 November 2026: 7 days on 8 Nov, 14 days on 15 Nov, 30 days on 1 Dec, 60 days on 31 Dec, 90 days on 30 Jan 2027, 180 days on 30 Apr 2027, 365 days on 1 Nov 2027. Someone who starts with No Nut November reaches 30 days on 1 December and can keep going toward 90.
Paper calendar or app?
Paper is visible and satisfying to tick. An app keeps the count running automatically and logs relapses so you can spot patterns. Many people use both: a paper grid for the visual streak and an app for the data. Our guide on how to track a NoFap streak compares the options, including privacy tips for shared homes.
Plan around hard dates
Look at your milestone list next to your real calendar. Exams, travel, a breakup anniversary or a week alone at home are higher-risk times. Mark them and plan for them in advance with the relapse prevention plan. Planning for a known risk is easier than reacting to it in the moment.

FAQ
When is day 90 if I start today?
Add 90 days to today's date. The calculator shows the exact date and adds it to your calendar file.
Can I print the calendar?
Yes. Download the A4 or Letter grid and tick each clean day.
Does the calendar track relapses?
The printable doesn't. Regenerate it with a new start date after a relapse, or use the Raze app to log relapses automatically.
Which milestones should I use?
7, 30 and 90 days are the most common. Add 14 and 60 if you want more frequent wins.
Is my start date saved anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser.
